You may request deletion of your customer account at any time by contacting the data controller. We store and use your data for contract processing. After contract completion or account deletion, your data is restricted in accordance with statutory retention periods and deleted once these periods expire, unless you have expressly consented to further use or legally permitted processing applies.

 

6) USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING

6.1 Subscription to Our Email Newsletter

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information required is your email address. Additional information is optional and used for personalized communication.

    Payment data is transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg for payment processing. PayPal may conduct credit checks in accordance with its privacy policy.
  • SOFORT
    Payments via SOFORT are processed by SOFORT GmbH (Klarna Group). Data is transmitted solely for payment processing purposes.

 

8) REVIEW REMINDER COMMUNICATION
